We decided to do Secret Santa a little differently this year. Christmas is a wonderful time of year for many families but for others, especially those who are struggling to make ends meet, it can be a time of stress and worry. Having donated to Wood Street Mission with last year’s Christmas card concept we wanted to do something to help and so we agreed to buy gifts to donate to their Christmas Appeal rather than for each other.

Wood Street Mission have been helping families living on low incomes for over 150 years and through their Christmas Appeal, they collect thousands of toys and goodies to distribute to families across Manchester and Salford. All with the aim of making their Christmas a little brighter. Our generous team went a bit over and above with their donations so we were able to take a lovely haul of games, toys, selection boxes and clothes.
