After a handful of projects for our favourite hat company we were determined to ‘push the boat out’, creating a brochure that would really impress. They needed a brochure to promote their 2014/2015 collection and a set of image assets that would carry them through to the end of the Spring/Summer 2015 season. We decided on Bolton Street Station to provide the main backdrop to the classically styled shots we required, with the railway station providing a ‘Brief Encounters’ theme which would work perfectly with Failsworth’s brand identity.
We produced stunning catalogue full of beautiful lifestyle photography, which came from a full days location shoot.
From start to finish it was really important for us that there was an underlying narrative, as you follow the models on their journey to the country, with a sense of intrigue and subtle romance. This really helped create an improved version on last years brochure, whilst still having a consistent classic thread, that has run across all of Failsworth’s branding.
