Brief

We were approached by a newly formed company, Capella Consulting, to create a brand and identity that would help convey their values within Change Management. The name Capella comes from comes from a giant yellow star, the brightest star in the constellation Auriga. It was chosen as the company name because the star would’ve been used by people hundreds of years ago to help them navigate. This is what Capella Consulting in essence feel they do within their field; help organisations find their way when implementing change.

Solution

A series of initial logos that worked with various different star symbols in some capacity, before deciding on a final logo design. From there we then produced a full stationery suite, presentation document and a holding page design, all displaying a consistent brand message.
