Philip James is one of Greater Manchester’s largest independent chain of estate agents. Following from our recent work with them we were approached to put together a brochure for a new sub-brand of theirs concentrating on property investment within and around the city centre. The Buyers Club brand needed to be developed through a new brochure that would appeal to worldwide investors and focus on why Manchester is the perfect area to invest. With the arrival of Media City and the rapid growth of other new city centre developments it was important that the document conveyed a certain type of quality and refinement mirroring the changing face of Manchester.
We delivered a 24 page brochure which reflected the passions and views for the new company. Large scale black and white imagery were used alongside the branded blue accent colour which added a modern contrast. We created typographic info-graphics throughout and redrew the Manchester map to fit with the sophisticated stylings of the brochure. This resulted in a contemporary brochure that works perfectly for its perspective audience.
