After refreshing the Arden brand, we were asked to look at updating a series of their product brochures inline with the new branding.
Our approach with designing the brochures was to get away from the montage style they previously had and instead strip it back to a clean and modern design. It was also important for us to add a more personable feel, showing interaction with the products.
With our bank of lifestyle and product photography we were able to capture the staff using the software across a variety of devices. We felt it was important to tell a story and show how different types of people would use the products, from die makers through to designers.
We used the brand colours to add large bands of colour and added illustrations which were taken from the previous video created. Alongside the new photography this helped to finish off the newer fresher look.
They were a real hit when unveiled at the recent Drupa exhibition. Also, due to Arden’s global client base, we’re currently working on American, German and Chinese versions.
