We are proud to be part of Fedrigoni 366, our second year contributing to this visual feast. It’s Fedrigoni’s third calendar which pulls together hundreds of designs from creatives all around the UK; this edition being named 366 to mark 2020’s leap year.

We love doing projects like this where we can step away from the limitations of a commercial brief and have creative freedom. As last year we were presented with a restrictive brief but given full scope to explore our given date… May 23rd. Our interpretation was based on the 23 enigma, with the idea that everything revolves around the number 23 and the law of 5’s (quite heavy but we like it), this led us to still life photography capturing the concept effectively suggesting the idea of illusion and perspective.

Another lovely touch to this year’s calendar, aside from the glorious spectrum of colour is the fact that it is printed completely on Fedrigoni’s new environmental range ‘Woodstock’. We heard the Extinction Rebellion talk at Design MCR 19 which inspired us to make a more conscious effort to ‘design for good’, making a positive change in our own small way.
