Throughout 2010 we have been working with a new recruitment start-up named ICM Professionals. ICM provide high end recruitment solutions, predominantly to the oil & gas industries. We were tasked with building an identity from scratch that would allow ICM to hit the ground running at an elite and unforgiving level. We formed a brand identity focused around the core values of ICM, namely the importance of introducing, connecting & matching individuals, working these ideas into every facet of the company’s communications, from the logo, right through to the multi-lingual website and social media strategy. The result is a neat, cohesive brand that can cut it with oil & gas exec’s whilst remaining approachable and personable.

We provided the following services for ICM: Identity Design, Stationary & Print Design, Social Media Strategy, Online Presence (including independent online job board), copy-writing, photography, cinematography & post-production
